Commission Information
I take commissions on a basis of "yeah I think that's within my abilities, and also that would be cool." Not all commissions are necessarily accepted!
I understand that most people don't understand crochet particularly deeply, and so I'm more than happy to work with folks who only have a little bit of an idea. You can come to me with a very specific pattern you want made, or you can just go, "I want a stuffed bunny," or "I want a dress," and we can work from there.
All commissions are charged as material + labor + shipping cost. Better material (cotton yarn instead of acrylic, wool instead of cotton, additional baubles, etc.) will cost more!
Labor prices are all sort of vibes-based with consideration given to how long I expect something to take based on previous crochet projects. I'll always give you a price before we confirm a commission.
For reference: basic witch hats usually sell for around $80-$90 if acrylic yarn is used. Potion bottles usually sell for about $30 with acrylic yarn.
If you have a budget that needs to be worked within, let me know and we'll see what we can do!
Materials must be paid for up front before they're purchased. I can be flexible on when the full price is paid based on the total, but I won't send anything out until I've received the full cost.
Deadlines can also be discussed, but my current queue is listed on Trello if you want an idea of how long things might take.
